Having lived and breathed kink for the past four years, one of my passions is teaching and sharing knowledge about BDSM so it can be done safely and consensually.

I have taught at established organizations internationally, in the U.S and U.K, with a particular focus on femme centered, feminist organizations such as Skirt Club and The Taillor Group (past classes taught include BDSM 101, Ropeless Bondage and Introduction to CBT).

The main focus of kink coaching is unique to each couple, but core elements include:

• Creating a safe space to open up and be vulnerable

• Taking inventory of existing beliefs and sexual mindset

• Delving into the mental aspect of power exchange (D/s)

• Understanding varying modalities of intimacy and desire

• Learning verbal and non-verbal communication styles

• Navigating negotiation, consent, boundaries and aftercare

• Hands-on practical skills and BDSM techniques (sensation play, bondage, discipline, tease etc.)
